Alternative Breaks Application 2017-2018
Please note that you MUST fill out a DIFFERENT application for EACH trip that you wish to apply for. Please ensure that you answer all questions thoroughly as there is a high interest in participating on these experiences. You may want to type your essay answers into a separate document and paste them into this form. Community Outreach Alternative Breaks funding is intended to support undergraduate student involvement. Graduate students may apply, however they are unable to take away a position from a qualified undergraduate candidate. If no qualified undergraduate candidates are available and able to fill an Alternative Break participant spot, a graduate student may be considered.

It is an expectation that each participant on Alternative Breaks attend ALL pre- and post-trip meetings. For weekend trips there are a minimum of 4 pre-trip meetings and at least 1 post-trip meeting. For week-long trips, there is a minimum of 8 pre-trip meetings and at least 1 post-trip meeting. What days/time are you available for meetings?
